CANSEA at Bangkok Climate Action Week 2026

CANSEA attended Bangkok Climate Action Week 2026, which brought governments, climate experts, civil society and communities from across Asia to Bangkok to discuss regional climate action and the transition to cleaner energy. Alongside our members and partners, we took part in sessions on the fossil fuel phase-out, climate finance, nature-positive cities, food systems and clean air.
Representing the network were Nithi Nesadurai, Director and Regional Coordinator of CANSEA; Sandra Winarsa, Climate and Energy Advisor at Humanis; Arti Indallah Tjakranegara, Program Development Manager of Climate Justice at the Humanis Foundation; and Kustiwa Adinata, Director of the Indonesian Peasant Community Network (JAMTANI).
